Summary:

Looks like the qlc driver is online and ready.  

The LV driver does the login for the nameserver and then stops doing anything 
else.  Someone from the Leadville team is going to have to investigate this one 
further.

        llw: LV doesn't appear to attempt any further logins to any devices.  
We would expect this behavior if the switch didn't return any data, which might 
mean that your zoning is not setup correctly on the switch (for instance). Or 
the switch is misbehaving.
