Please publish their response (if that doesn't break your EULA with
them) so that others know what initiator has this flaw (until fixed).

On a separate note, it's a pity iscsitgt does not clearly log
inconsistent initiator behavior like this one - would have saved a lot
of debug work (btw, great analysis, Nigel).
