Hello Rongsheng,

What version of VxVM? I had a similarly configured Solaris 9 systems  
(also E6900s)  that also suffered from long boot times because VxVM  
4.0 went out and touched every single path, incidentally so did  
LiveUpgrade. VxVM 4.1 and above improved this substantially as it was  
much more intelligent about how it spoke to the devices, especially if  
you had an underlying MP software such as MPXIO or PowerPath.
