So the source code for the main pieces is already available from the 
project page. What is missing is essentially HADB and the platform pieces.

Depending on your needs you may find that the OpenEdition is good 
enough. This is a standalone implementation of the protocol stack, 
admittedly it doesn't provide the reliability and scalability on it's own.
