I've been trying to figure this out - does updating the firmware
destroy the data on disk? I've got 7 of these drives in a raidz1, I'd
love to flash them all, but if each one gets wiped by a firmware
update, I'll have to yank one, flash it, allow time for it to
resilver, and repeat 6 more times.
