From the trace the initiator logged into the target then immediately sends a read capacity command. The first command completes with a check condition "Report Luns Data Has Changed". The initiator immediately retries the read capacity command which completes with a different check condition "Invalid Command Operation Code". Since "read capacity" is clearly a valid operation code, it would appear that there is no sbd lun mapped to lun 0 on that port. In other words the view entries are probably not quite right.
