I don't know if this will help, but I'm attaching my iSCSIConfig.plist, which I 
believe is the config file that the globalSAN iSCSI GUI modifies.
Note that I modifed it to remove the actual IQNs for target and initiator 
because I'm currently running my target unsecured.
I don't think that the CHAP name and secret are saved in the config file 
because I enter them when trying to connect, and I think that if the connection 
fails the settings don't get saved.
