Hmm,you're right,they changed the ftp layout,use http.
deb http://kde.tdyc.com/debian potato kde contrib
the ftp line should look now something like this(warning,untested,just
looked at
the new layout
deb ftp://kde.tdyc.com/pub/kde/debian potato kde contrib
