It looks like the hollow core briquettes have stood the test of time. They are 
still here.
A while back some one was tumbling bulky biomass into balls, did that work out 
or did that fade away?
What other forms of compressed or densified biomass are being used? Lanny
  Don't forget that the saw dust can be compressed into burnable objects of 
changed to charcoal and compressed into briquettes...
