Ron,
On behalf of myself and two who are not subscribed to the Stoves
Listserv (Hugh McLaughlin and another Ron, last name Vanetten, who is
working with me in Normal Illinois), we each respond "Count me in."
Once you have your concept in an explainable form (words, diagrams,
etc), please consider sending it to those whom YOU select to be included
in the early stages of development. But this should not be an open
discussion on the Listserv. You have started to form the group. Let's
see who might be qualified to be in the inner circle. Then Ron V. and I
and others can also share our progress.
I hope that you might be surprised at how far some of us have progressed
in that direction, or what we can contribute to make your initial mockup
easier and better.

I have a conceptual design for a different type of TLUD (squat,
extensive preheating of both types of air, balancing of their ratio,
and a pre-mixed flame). More costly than using one can above another,
but maybe less costly over long run, through increased lifetime,
efficiency and good turn down ratio. Might be able to modify to
enable natural draft. Lots of unknowns still.
I'd appreciate joining forces with anyone, but especially those
now working with fans and fan controllers.
Hoping for a mockup to take to Dean Still's summer camp.
Ron
