Thank you Tim for reminding us all of this.  As one who at times has been known to use 
sarcasm in a response, I promise to attempt to rehabilitate myself.  I would suggest, 
however, that the topics that are discussed on a list like this inspire passion and 
sometimes that will create passionate responses.  Some of the passionate responses 
also help give an insight to the feelings that exist out there in the world.  For 
those of us who post frequently and do have passion on an issue at times we don't 
realize that we have gotten "personal" and your interventions are helpful.  For 
example last week, I don't think Tom or I felt that we were being "personal," but your 
intervention helps put it in perspective.  Again, thank you for your efforts.
