Well yes, but the only information you presented was that Fern's was about to install a new air filtration system. That wasn't in dispute. That says nothing as to whether this would remove or even alleviate the dangers to workers and patrons. What you (Mr. Swift) implied, and what is in dispute, is that the system in question would eliminate or even reduce the danger from second hand smoke. It has been stated in this forum before that no manufacturer of filtration systems is willing to say that such systems are effective in reducing the risk of second-hand smoke. The fact that the owner of Fern's, one of the most vocal opponents of a smoking ban, says he was ready to install such a system proves nothing.
