Let's see we have a young man who has plenty of emotional problems, who is
having them written up in the press on a regular basis, with his name attached
to them. He has been convicted of terroristic threats, even-though there was
no one who he directly threatened. He has a conviction that will hang with him
for the rest of his life for writing in his note book and having the misfortune
of forgetting about it. And, all of this has happened because those in
authority live in fear that had they not prosecuted the child they might have
been chastised in the paper. Remember the kid could still get a gun and walk
into Harding tomorrow. He is out there on the streets. He is just living in a
foster home.

Sounds like the system worked to me. I'll sleep well tonight knowing we have
destroyed this kids life.
