A St. Paul Harding High School student who admitted writing threats of violence against black students in a notebook found by classmates in October has been placed in a therapeutic foster care home.
Andrew Deutsch, 16, who pleaded guilty to a juvenile charge of making terroristic threats, also must participate in an individual counseling program.
A Ramsey County attorney's office spokesman said a juvenile court judge made the decision to place Deutsch in foster care on Dec. 3. His juvenile offender status is scheduled to be reviewed in May.
