I'd like to make one slight correction:
Every use of the word "You" or "Your" should be "We" and "Our". I did not mean to indict Tim, as I know he was just repeating what most people probably think about Andrew. I meant to indict all of us, as I really do think we are all responsible at some level for the many failures that this kid has experienced. These start with his family, but when that completely fell apart there was no one else there. That's where "We" didn't accept "our" responsibility, and everything was downhill from that.
