Look on www.co.ramsey.mn.us to find the answers to questions 1 and 4. Click on the link to the Smoke Free Ordinance. Also take a look at a recent survey of Ramsey County residents re: smoking bans. Restaurants have until end of April to apply for exemptions. So far we have about 50 requests for exemptions submitted.
I have recently seen a letter signed by two Saint Paul restaurant owners who are encouraging a full ban rather than the one that goes into affect on March 31.
