Maybe Dan wouldn't like it, but I'm pretty sure (not
totally positive) that the plans for that site include
the new TN (traditional Neighborhood) zoning
designation - living units above ground floor retail.
Parking probably in the rear of the property.

TN is one of the hottest things going on. In fact,
District 1 envisions much of the Suburban Ave. area
rebuilt this way at some point in the future (most
likely far off future).
