In fact,
District 1 envisions much of the Suburban Ave. area
rebuilt this way at some point in the future (most
likely far off future).

Ironic that we will rebuild Suburban Avenue using the "Traditional Neighborhood" designation, no?

This is an awfully big chunk of money, and I'm wondering what the process for review of this proposal will look like. In my mind, the more formal, the better. I have a few honest "good government" questions that perhaps someone could answer:

What will the process to review this bond issue look like? Is there public input? Will the public be given a specific description of what is proposed, and what the City's end goals are in each project? How was this list arrived at, and how might public suggest other projects?

Can anyone shed some light on this?
