The opinion of the leadership is that Senator Langseth put it back in there
partly because he was assured that it had wider support from our delegation.
Since that's not true, they're assuming that Randy lied to him about it.
There are discussions going on with Langseth today to be certain he knows
EXACTLY what the politics behind this mess are.
