I was told by Langseth's office that the committee had given Langseth and another guy a vote of confidence to wrangle the language and dollar amounts out, and that these two gents would have control of the final edit at the end of it all. That they were adding in, taking out, cutting, pasting, making doilies, eating crumpets...whatever these guys do behind closed doors...sounds like nobody has a clue, if you ask me.
