A. I don't know who Trooien is.
B. This is the first i have heard of the bridges complex.
c. Anything i write below is strictly from reading the article.

I just read the article and don't recall one a month ago and I don't see what
the deal is here.  The guy is proposing to build a billion dollar complex so
the paper did a story on him.

the article also mentioned that Randy and Susan said then need to see a solid
financial plan and neighborhood support first before the city gets involved. 
Now why would their buddies at the pioneer press print that if the motivation
is to start a love affair?

if the financials are solid, would $90 million be too much for a $1.5 billion
deal?

Seems like a lot of black helicopter stuff to me.
