Struts 1.0.1-rc1 has been available for a little over a month now. Although
bugs remain in the bugzilla database, none appear sufficiently severe to be
classified as showstoppers for this bug-fix-only release. Therefore I
propose that we release Struts 1.0.1-rc1 as Struts 1.0.1.
The original proposed release plan is available here:

The only proposed amendment to this plan is to complete the release process
as soon as possible after the results of this vote are tallied.
Releases must be approved by a majority vote of committers on the project,
but all other interested parties are welcome to cast their votes (and/or
make comments or suggestions on the plan) as well.
