If there would be something that we needed to bundle besides the JAR, I'd be happy to bundle it all in a struts-1.0.1-jar.zip. But, given the nature of this release, I believe they will be able to drop in the 1.0.1 JAR into a 1.0 application, and have it work. If it doesn't, we probably need to document that.
