The Struts HTML tags have had their three years of fame :-) -- it's time to get on with life and develop innovative solutions where there are still holes in the big picture. But that's up to each of us individually, of course. There is going to be tremendous support for JSF in the industry; fortunately, we can continue to maintain and enhance Struts without having to give that up (thanks to the integration library).
