Sorry for top posting, this mail client is weird about inline stuff.
It is the global menu. I found it while checking for impact of font size on the 
edit fields. I went to go into the settings, but couldn't without going back to 
dive list. A few other global menu options are the same, and only work in dive 
list mode.
