The only reason to give feedback in TestFlight is if you want to include a crash dump or some other device specific things (I think you used to be able to easily submit screenshots there, but I'm not sure that's still true). For all regular feedback email to the mailing list is much preferred because there are a few other people except for me who work on this code now and then - and TestFlight feedback by default gets send to me (as I'm the registered developer, paying Apple's developer extortion fees, etc)
