Hello Harald, I resolved the below issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Spyder3.
*when I am trying to run the TraCI program from Spyder3 (python IDE), it throws an error that it is unable to connect to TraCI through X port, where X refers to various port numbers. * Thanks for your help.
