Hi everyone,
Fer is right in saying that with Latitude <=
2*TiltOfTheEarth near the summer solstice
the reflected ray 'goes back', so you have to move
the mirror inwards. Anyway, we'll always
have this kind of limitations when dealing with
mirror dials... just imagine what happens with
the horizontal mirror dial early in the morning or
late in the evening when the sun's elevation
is small (mainly in summer when it is to the south
of the E-W line) or when your window does
not exactly face to the South, and so
on.
