John, I experienced problems with all of the PDF files if I opened them in the browser. I have IE 6.0, Acrobat Reader 5.0, a very fast PC running Windows XP with a very fast cable internet connection, so it isn't a matter of old systems and old versions of software. If I downloaded the files to my system and opened them in Acrobat here, there were no problems. One possibility is to suggest doing that and keep the PDF format.
