Hmm!

To paraphrase (is that the right word?) Galileo:

"And yet we move!"

Following that word order:
    You-immobile mobile illumines Sun

i.e.,
The moving Sun illumines you that do not move
or, more oosely, but in the spirit of the flexible and expressive
Latin word order:

You don't move; yet the Sun moves to give you light.
