Both server are up then we connect to sun ray. And we also restart some sun ray client with ctrl-alt-backspace. But they still go to the same server. Any idea?
I still want to have non NSCM policy (all users will connect using smart card).

You may enable NSCM policy to get the load balance happens during
session creation.
