If it is the IInd case then that is the expected behavior and doesn't do
any loadbalancing.
And we also restart some sun ray client with ctrl-alt-backspace. But
they still go to the same server. Any idea?
I am not sure ctrl+alt+backspace does the loadbalance?
I still want to have non NSCM policy (all users will connect using
smart card).
But it should do loadbalance when you use new smartcard to create the
session.
