When we were looking for EasyVPN routers, we initially looked at that ASA5505 but we were asked by our network engineer to look for something that wasn't a firewall device (we only needed the VPN server feature, not routing or firewall since we already have those on our network). I was eventually able to find the Cisco 1811 router, which supports 50 tunnels, up to 40 Mbps using 3DES and 1400 byte packets. The Cisco 800 and 1700 series routers are also listed on the Cisco website as lower end routers supporting EasyVPN. I remember the 1811 being cheaper than the 25 user ASA 5505. I'm not sure about the 800 and 1700 model pricing other than to say the 1700 seems to be reaching EOL.

The lowest end Cisco router that does EzVPN that I know of is the ASA 5505. It's about $500 in the minimum configuration, which I believe supports 10 IPsec tunnels. You can pay more for a license that allows more tunnels. I have one in my lab, and have confirmed that the Sun Ray works with it.
