If sessions are marked "idle", they only show up with "utwho -a".
utwho actually uses the session_proc files to identify the user and to
identify 'idle' sessions by their userid. If those are not properly
updated from PostLogin (or do we use PreSession?), all sessions will
appear to be idle.
