I was reading the Release notes for SRSS 4.1 and found this:
Xnewt (Xorg Server)
SRSS 4.1 incluye Xnewt, un nuevo Xserver independiente, basado en el código de
la
comunidad Xorg 7.2. Xnewt se ha concebido expresamente para las DTU Sun Ray;
no es apto para dispositivos que no sean Sun Ray.
Xnewt incorpora dos extensiones nuevas, XRandR, XVideo. Para obtener más
información, consulte la página de comando man Xnewt(1)
Maybe the extensions used by google earth are not available on the new server.

it's been 8 days since my last post on this topic. Isn't there anyone
who can at least reproduce the problem (or even not)?
Has anyone an idea how to disable the GLX extension in the Xnewt server?
