As of SRSS 4.1, one can specify the type(country code) of the keyboard
in the .parms file.

- utfwadm(1M)

# utfwadm -A -e 00:14:4f:57:44:1d -i /root/home.parms Unit
"00144F57441D" will be upgraded at its next power-on
