Hm. Actually I did do -s on the secondary first, and got an error saying that the primary hadn't been configured for the secondary yet. So I visited the primary, did a "-a", then the secondary again, which got me to where I was when I posted. If I try "utreplica -p <list>" on the primary, I get an error: utreplica: Error, Already configured as a replica server. You must unconfigure with "-u" first or add the secondaries incrementally using the "-a" option.
