Thanks Scott,

hmm perhaps I should go RDP then after as just thought of doing VBox?

Am a bit lost but I am pretty sure that they won't appreciate it so perhaps do kiosk for me and leave these guys with a simplified setup!

Can I use kiosk to switch between Solaris and Linux? This would do me wonders!!

Regards,

Kaya

Kaya,

Hmm; if it's a DOS app, I'd be surprised if it ran with multiple,
simultaneous users. It's worth a shot just to see if it works but if it
doesn't then you'd have to go the VDI route.

Kiosk mode is the way the TC is set up to connect. For example, you could
configure it to run the Windows Connector and go straight to a WTS. Or you
could use TCL and create some fancy control panel with many options from which
the users can choose [Windows, UNIX desktop, xterm, browser, etc.]. It's
basically a method of control: the first example gives users no options while
the second gives them maximum choice. It's up to you as to how much leeway to
give the users.
