I don't think Oracle Premier Support is required is it?  As far as I've
seen, the Support for a Sun Ray is just "Oracle Priority Service for Sun
Ray Peripherals".

Either way, Oracle doesn't show much love for the edu industry since it
probably isn't obviously profitable from their point of view.  Ditching edu
will hurt them in the long run, but probably not until after Larry has
retired.
