Its a 3 finger tap on the ipad 1 brings up the keyboard.  A two finger swipe
from the left screen edge to middle will bring up the server select menu.
At the bottom of it, there is a gestures button that explains all.

Works great.  I noticed some of the iPad conventions are not followed.  3
fingers for the keyboard for example.

None the less, I say it again, finally a use for the iPad!
