This means you need to configure an appropriate policy on the server to allow the soft client to connect (e.g. utpolicy ... -u pseudo). Because of security issues inherent in use of a soft client on a platform we don't control (e.g. trojans), the default policy does not allow them to connect. You must decide whether the security vulnerabilities are acceptable in your use model, and if so enable the policy. -Bob
