The firmware on your Sun Ray is from November 2011, which is 8 months out of
date. There have been several bugs and enhancements for the larger displays
fixed in subsequent releases of the firmware.

You can get firmware updates if you are paying for support by visiting
support.oracle.com, hitting the patches and updates tab, and looking for either
Sun Ray Operating Software or patch number 14218449. This is the 11.0.1
firmware released June 22nd.

While you're up there, you should pick up Sun Ray Software maintenance update
5.3.1 or VDI maintenance update 3.4.1
