This may not be possible.
I have one of the last S900 models, the Base that was bundled with the Newer
250/166 G3 card.
I've never been able to use Apple Drive setup to reformat the 4.6gb Western
Digital 7200rpm drive that came with the unit.
The last time I checked was actually yesterday after I installed 9.1 and
using the Drive Setup that came with it. No dice.
So...I've been running that drive with FWB and the others with Apple's
driver.
But I hardly ever use the 4.6gb drive and nothing is stored on it.
