Nancy, I checked out the Omniweb site FAQ and discovered that they
know about the iTools problem:

Why is OmniWeb blocked from accessing iTools?
Apple's iTools pages use a lot of JavaScript to get their work done,
and we only partially support JavaScript at the moment. We are
working very hard on completing our support as soon as is humanly
possible. At the very least, OmniWeb 4.1 will have a preference
setting that will make it easy for OmniWeb to identify itself as one
of the browsers that are not blocked, allowing you to use those
portions of the site that we can support.

Since OmniWeb is only OS X compatible, I won't be getting it anytime
soon. I'm staying with OS 9 until I can get OS X to work & look
exactly like a real Mac OS: that means at a minimum of getting rid of
the stupid Windows-like dock, getting the trash can back on the
desktop where it belongs, getting a working Apple Menu, etc. I know
that Apple is determined to kill off the Mac OS like they did the
Apple II, but I hope that there will be enough people who are also
disgusted with the hatchet job Apple did with OS X that they will
come up with hacks or something to get it back to being a MACINTOSH
interface as opposed to a Windows/UNIX interface.
