I don't consider that much of a problem. I have had access to iTools
for over a year now, and never used it. It is just tht it is there, it
is free, I should be able to use it. But, I won't lose any sleep
without it.

I found it more than compatible. I am using it as my only browser. It
is small, and quick, and easy to configure.

The Dock can be hidden, if you don't like it. You can move stuff to the
trash using shortcut commands, so the actual "can" can be anywhere. I
downloaded a nice little shareware program called FruitMenu that lets
you build your own Apple Menu any way you like.

Yes the Mac looks more like a Windows machine every day. But, then
again, a Windows machine looks more like a Mac every day. In a couple
of years we will not be able to tell the user interfaces apart. But,
with that solid UNIX base we Mac users won't have to spend our time
reinstalling software once a week.

I LIKE OSX. I will probably convert my 9600. And, I understand Ryan is
working on software to get it working on the Powerbook 3400 (which I
have). Hopefully, some day it will be workable on our c600 too.

If you really hate OSX - delet it. You can run just OS 9.2.2
