So "technically" I was running as a G3 for a while. When I upgraded my software there was a further speed up noticeable most clearly with PhotoShop. When I made Appletalk inactive (I have no need for it at this time) programs like FilemakerPro flew open almost instantly. I don't know if I added anything of value to this string...
