I don't think it is related to your G3 card, but that's how new
things are learned. Something happens that no one expected.

Still, in your case, it looks like the RapidFire has some kind of
problem with lower slots. Does that card have more than three
Firewire ports on it? That might explain it.

Anyway, I suggest that you try the AudioPhile and the RapidFire in
the two upper slots and the TT and the 2940UW in the lower slots. Be
sure to hit the CUDA switch before booting up. I have, on occasion,
had configurations of PCI cards that actually will work, but gave me
the "no video" result you got and a simple hitting of the CUDA
switch, or removing all cards and adding one at a time between boots
fixes the issue. It doesn't happen very often, but every once in a
great while...

So, I think your AudioPhile and TT in the upper slots might have
worked with a little more fiddling, but it might not as well.

Here's what I would do. Install the TT and the 2940UW in lower
slots and no other cards in the machine. Hit the CUDA and then boot
up. Shut down.

Put the RapidFire in one of the upper slots. Boot up. Shut down.
No CUDA here. You don't want to reset the NVRAM. You want the
machine to build your device tree one piece at a time. I don't why
this makes a difference some times, but it has in the past once or
twice.

Now put the AudioPhile in the remaining upper slot. Boot up, see
what happens. This configuration is not your best performance
option, but it may be your only compatibility option.

You might also try the above starting with the TT in an upper slot
and the 2940UW in a lower slot and add the Rapidfire and AudioPhile
back in one at a time and see if it works better than before.
