BC and Gary,

I would highly recommend using a password with your "Family" network.  
If you leave filesharing enabled, and are connected to the internet, you 
have left your system in a less than secure state.  There is a place to 
set a machine to remember the password - I think it is inside the 
chooser, where/when you select the other machine(s) on the network.
