Well I removed the 'PDFViewer' Plugins which I hadn't before because they were Netscape Plugins and I use IE, but we'll see. Nancy, the webpage you sent me may be just the ticket. I'm not sure what all of a sudden started causing the problem, but creating a whole new 'File Helper' clearly targets the issue specifically.
