I seem to recall that it was supposed to do the first two things -- cause an auto-restart and lock out the keyboard -- but the Timbuktu killing may be an unexpected consequence. We never talked about or publically documented the Server jumper precisely because it could cause some unexpected problems and a rash of support issues.
